Test Basic HTML Page

In order to allow the site administrator the ability to create Web pages that follow the site "theme" without requiring a deep understanding of PHP and SSI, we have created this "basic HTML" template.

   This page uses this template. It is a basic HTML page that does not include the tab navigation bar or the "breadcrumbs" along the top. Because of this, these pages should only be used occasionally, and should NOT become a standard part of the site.
